1. Is my account rep knowledgeable?

Does your vendor really understand Nortel systems? ReTele understands. 2. What if I already have an “authorized distributor”?

You probably do. ReTele is NOT here to replace your Authorized Distributor. In fact, we encourage you to let them do what they do best - provide you with the things you can’t get from anyone else - like software upgrades and maintenance contracts. Here’s what ReTele does best: saves you time and money by offering Nortel equipment faster, cheaper, and with a longer warranty than just about anybody else. 3. Does my maintenance contract allow outside vendors?

Yes. Maintenance contracts have nothing to do with what you’re “allowed” to buy. They are a great safety net for coverage on your existing system. You’re covered at ReTele as well. Any equipment you purchase through ReTele is covered under our 24-month warranty. That way, no matter where you are in your maintenance contract cycle, ReTele guarantees your new equipment for repair or replacement.

4. What kind of warranty is offered?

At ReTele we are so confident in the quality of product we sell, we offer one of the best warranties in the business! Two years (24-months!), which is better than buying directly from the manufacturer. If something goes wrong with equipment we’ve sold you with the warranty period (24-months!), we replace it. And that’s that.

5. Are the products in stock?

ReTele prides itself on its vast amounts of equipment in stock. We work with an extensive network of suppliers and can get you what you need, when you need it! 6. What about emergencies?

Our customers don’t like waiting. Why should they? That is why ReTele offers emergency coverage. The ReTele team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call us, we’ll answer. And then, under our Advance Replacement program, ask for the part you need and we’ll ship where you want it. No waiting. Overnight? No problem. Same day? Fine.
