software upgrades and maintenance contracts. Here’s what

Does my maintenance contract allow outside vendors?
Yes. Maintenance
contracts have nothing to do with what you’re “allowed”
to buy. They are a great safety net for coverage on your existing
system. You’re covered at ReTele as well. Any equipment
you purchase through ReTele is covered under our 24-month warranty.
That way, no matter where you are in your maintenance contract
cycle, ReTele guarantees your new equipment for repair or replacement.

What kind of warranty is offered?
At ReTele
we are so confident in the quality of product we sell, we offer
one of the best warranties in the business! Two years (24-months!),
which is better than buying directly from the manufacturer. If
something goes wrong with equipment we’ve sold you with
the warranty period (24-months!), we replace it. And that’s
that.

Are the products in stock?
ReTele prides
itself on its vast amounts of equipment in stock. We work with
an extensive network of suppliers and can get you what you need,
when you need it! Which means if you need it, you’ll see

What about emergencies?
Our customers
don’t like waiting. Why should they? That is why ReTele
offers emergency coverage. The ReTele
team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call us, we’ll
answer. And then, under our Advance Replacement program, ask for
the part you need and we’ll ship where you want it. No waiting.
